You’ll be empowered with techniques to ensure positive and enhanced well-being. You’ll learn an array tools and self-hypnosis strategies that you can use night after night. Hypnosis Session 3 – Creating a compelling long-term future

This session consists of a continuation of the work started in one and two – building an even deeper level of sub conscious relearning to facilitate deep understanding at an unconscious level where it gets results. We will implement an individual design for long term and sustainable results.

Hypnosis Session 4 – Creating the right conditions for sleep.

When you create the proper environment for sleep (internal and external) you are naturally drawn into sleep. That’s part of the intricate nature of sleep. You don’t really go to sleep. Sleep comes to you when the right conditions are met and you are in the right “state” and allow it to happen.
