How Does The “Overcome Anxietey And Depression Programme” Work?
The program consists of four face to face sessions.
We will get clear on what you want to achieve as your outcome and we will look at those things you need help with specifically. Each hypnotherapy session is tailored individually to your unique needs.
We will work to modify and eliminate the subconscious beliefs and desires that are driving your depression / anxiety.
